Refund policy

I want you to love your purchase — but if something’s not quite right, please contact me. 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, simply email me at customerservice@tygerathletics.au with your order number and reason for return. I Will guide you through the next steps.

Please note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty).

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once your return is received and approved.

If you want to make a return, you will need to provides return shipping.

Sale items may be final sale – check product details for return eligibility.
